We were looking for a local hotel with a pool to spend a cold February weekend with the grandchildren, and this was PERFECT! EVERYTHING was super clean! The staff couldn't have been nicer! Carol at the front desk was so friendly and the kids loved everything from the pool to the free breakfast! Imagine! They had a machine that made pancakes! We'll do this again soon!
A nice clean hotel convenient to where I was passing through. The staff were extremely nice and helpful on all aspects of my visit. The room was nice size, comfortable, and clean. The building is showing some age, but kept up as expected. The breakfast provided was normal with an extremely nice attendant.
Lady at front desk named Michelle was great. My room was good but needed repairs, painting and some up dates. Good shower. Plenty parking. Close to marina and whale watch. Good location for whale watch, restaurants etc. Breakfast was good just wish I did not have to ask the lady constantly just standing there to fill up the eggs or there is no bread or pan cake machine empty.
My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in May. We had excellent service from start to finish. We got there 3 hours early and they quickly checked us in anyway. They replaced our A/C within 1 hour. And on our second night, we requested a new room due to our son’s allergies acting up in our first room (not the hotel’s fault) and we had a new room within minutes! The longest I ever had to wait at the front desk was 5 seconds. The rooms were very clean. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to us and our toddlers. Being a thousand miles away from home is easier when you’re taken care of! Thank you!
Very reasonably priced pet friendly location which is what we were looking for. There are hotels that are pet friendly closer to the Plymouth attractions but they tend to be at least 50-100 more per night and do not offer breakfast as being included. Breakfast had a good variety of items both whole hot and cold and the pool was small but clean and very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and well-informed about where to eat and what to see
