Holiday Inn Express South Haven, an IHG Hotel

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience. The staff and management go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, always offering friendly and attentive service. The rooms are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. I stay at this Holiday Inn Express a few times a month for work and its simply amazing. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the entire hotel from the guest rooms to the pool area always immaculate. Every staff member I've had the pleasure to encounter from management to housekeeping knows the true meaning of hospitality. Keep doing what you're doing South Haven!!

We are so glad that a new hotel was built. We had stayed at the previous building many times and hated the musty smell from the pool. We did have a problem with our door not locking, but we were quickly put into a new room which did lock. My husband loves the biscuits and gravy! Being grain and dairy sensitive, I have less breakfast selections than him but I always still have something to eat. We will stay here again next time we come to South Haven.

I had been calling the hotel all morning, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, I wanted to confirm that early check-in was available before making my reservation. After booking my stay, I provided my credit card, and they attempted to charge me twice the amount of the required deposit. When I questioned the charge and asked to speak with a manager, the front desk clerk made several inappropriate remarks while I waited. When the manager finally arrived, I explained the situation, but instead of resolving the issue, they told me I was “not a good fit” for the hotel and refused to give me a room for the night. This experience was not only frustrating but also incredibly disheartening, especially since it happened the night before my birthday.

As usual y'all knocked it out of the park. You guys always have clean well stocked rooms, great employees, and a great breakfast. My only beef is I wish breakfast was served a little earlier for people that have to leave and work really early. We travel the country working and stay at many hotels and that free hot breakfast can be precious sometimes. Other than that you guys are awesome and always worth the expense.
