Even though we were visiting in the off-season for hiking this week (Angel’s Landing was incredible!) we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. This location was under renovation during our stay so the lobby was staged in a construction trailer outside, and we did not have access to the dining room for breakfast, nor were laundry services available as we had been hoping. HOWEVER, this hotel has taken care to still provide a Grade A experience for their guests. If I had to give a criticism, it would be that the bagged breakfast they provided contained a lot of VERY sugary items and could be slightly better curated for a healthier start to the day; especially since they are catering to hikers and adventurous folks. But honestly it was still adequate and did not detract from our experience at all! Our room appeared to be one that had not yet been renovated, but it was honestly so nice! High vaulted ceiling, big windows overlooking the beautiful red ledges, and the most comfortable beds of our two week vacation across Southern Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. The outdoor hot tub was an absolute DREAM to sit in as the sunset glowed against the mountain back drop. So dreamy! Even in the colder winter temps the hot tub was so warm and bubbly! The gas fire pit by the pool was really relaxing to sit around at night too. The pool was closed for the season, but that was not a concern for us. Excellent place. Can’t wait to come back once the renovations are complete!

This isba solid 3.5 star hotel. Fantastic location, 4 minute drive from the park entrance and visitor center, right next to a yummy restaurant, and short drive to others. The views from the room are beautiful, and there's a common balcony to watch the colours change during the sunset. The staff is soooo friendly and go above and beyond to help. The lobby and breakfast room were closed for renovations so I can't comment on their regular breakfast, but the boxed breakfast they offered in place is pretty terrible. At least the coffee and tea were delish. The rooms are dated but comfortable and clean and very roomy. There's a microwave and mini-fridge and coffee maker (good coffee!).

Stayed here for 3 nights for my trip to Zion. My room looked outdated (old-style furniture) but it was clean and I guess the ongoing construction will modernize the rooms. As of January 2025 only half of the hotel was open, the other half and lobby was closed. Front desk and bagged breakfast was available in the well-marked and accessible trailer outside. Beautiful scenery.

This hotel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. There is NO LOBBY. The front desk is in a trailer and the hostess was helpful but there are no amenities except for the complimentary breakfast which is a bagged breakfast. I would have switched to another hotel if I had not booked a non-refundable room. I wish I had read previous reviews more carefully. I hope this review helps future customers avoid the surprise I encountered at this hotel.

Very happy staying here. Pool view spectacular. Breakfast is very nice. Cozy nooks with breathtaking views. This is bus stop 6 of 9 on the town shuttle. Shuttle was full by stop 6 every morning. Drove right past all the other stops on our way to the park. Saw lots of disappointed people waiting for another bus. Truthfully if you can’t stay within walking distance of the park entrance, staying further away is an advantage.
