This experience blew me away. I travel often and have a handful of reference points of hotels across Canada. This one after our week trip stood out to be the best experience we’ve had. Gwen and her team, who runs the free breakfast goes absolutely above and beyond to ensure food quality is high. As well as the guest experience is on point. She adds great personality to the experience, connecting with the guests Diane and rose, who we met at the front desk were always very accommodating and welcoming to our team. Diane even let us use the conference room complimentary with no charge as a cherry ontop. Outstanding House keeping was incredibly friendly and flexible as well. Every team member we met was very authentically engaging and fun to talk to. Impressive business, impressive people. 10/10 experience
Great experience! I was incredibly impressed with this location. The service at the desk was spectacular. I had two separate interactions in the elevator with a service guy and a housekeeper and they both were so friendly and looked like they truly enjoyed their job. My room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. Breakfast was also great. Even my young daughters made comments on how nice the hotel was. I will definitely stay here again.
Just had a wonderful last minute stay at this property. We booked it on short notice due to poor weather on the mountain passes. We had just come from a much more expensive hotel and this Holiday Inn blew it out of the park. The rooms and whole property were exceptionally clean. The king suite was the perfect size and well equipped for our small family with a newborn. The beds were comfy. They had a great quality crib to offer us. Better yet it came with one of the best stocked free hot breakfasts we’ve ever had. We said multiple times over how impressed we were with our stay. Only downfall was the underground parking is short (6 feet) and our truck would not fit as a result, which might be annoying in the snow. However, this was not a dealbreaker as there was plenty of on-site free parking outside. We will definitely come back!
This hotel was such a great stay everything in there felt new clean and well maintained. The hotel is tucked away with a fence of trees making it feel safe and cozy along with a Gas station right out from for added convenience. Even the free morning breakfast was quality stuff. They put a lot of effort into the customers experience and I would definitely stay there again.
A huge thank you to Dianne and the rest of the staff at the Holiday Inn Express Chilliwack! We had a team of Grade 8 boys staying there for a basketball tournament last weekend and they were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern and the breakfast (included) was terrific with lots of options to feed teenagers and adults. They really went above and beyond and we’re so grateful!
