Holiday Inn Express & Suites College Park-University Area, an IHG Hotel

Clean nice hotel but there where a few maintenance issues with the room. Breakfast was very good but the breakfast staff never made an attempt to clean off tables after someone left. The front desk staff was not very helpful and rude. We made our reservations on the IHG website and the staff stated that we had made our reservation using a 3rd party so there was no way for them to print out a bill. We paid almost $300/night for a suite because it was a holiday weekend!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. People were friendly. Breakfast was filling. All in all, this was a very nice stay. And the reasonable price made it even better!

Great place to stay. I had grad walk and I found a good room that made me very comfortable throughout my stay and make sure you ask for the view of the creek behind. Most people don’t know that. Good work running this hotel. I normally write only bad reviews but this hotel has it going very well like a Marriot or even better than Hilton. Please don’t go to Super 8 next door. Just spend the extra money for comfort and safely here at the Holiday Inn. Extra stars for this hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at this hotel and had an enjoyable stay until I got my bill and they charged me an extra $250. The said that I smoked in their room and I did not smoke in their hotel. I did not smoke in their parking lot. I did not smoke anywhere near their room and they charged my car $250. So I will not be going there. Please check your bills very carefully when you leave from this place. V

Checked out on 01/26 @ 8am. Woman at front desk would not give me a receipt for my stay. She made up an B.S reason that my stay was paid online and no receipt. She was more focused on her personal call and didn't want to bother with me.
