Rude employees. Breakfast waffle maker out if order - kids so disappointed. Only cranberry juice available. Talked to IHG customer service, they were going to have the manager call me. Never heard from them.
Immaculate Big room Good shower Friendly staff. Btw the Bustang Station bus@ dawn to Denver, in My summer trip, left from the Quality Inn on same street just past the McDonald's & the University.
We checked into our room and unpacked. I must say the hotel has been remodeled and looks great, the rooms as well. Now, for the downside, as my son was unfolding the pullout couch, he noticed multiple stains on the top of the mattress. I then lifted up the mattress to find a large fluid soaked through stain on the bottom of the mattress as well. I was really surprised because everything looked so new except for the couch mattress. Then the only solution the front desk could come up with was to move us up 1 floor to a different room. I checked out the 3rd floor room, and the mattress was better in regards to stains, but it was throughly used and crushed down to half its size. I was not impressed, and we had to bring the bag of linens from our room up because there was none in the room on the 3rd floor. Was not impressed with the experience.
First off let it be said that it was a very nice room. Except for walking in to a pot den. It was very obvious that the cleaning crew had very recently been in there and even more obvious they had smoked weed in the bathroom just before leaving. We had just signed an agreement saying that we would be charged $500 for smoking in the room and walked into a reeking room. Front desk clerk was surprised and very apologetic and brought some deodorizing spray and said he would note that it was like that when we got there so we wouldn't be charged. His reaction tells me that it had not been reported that it have been smoked in. Making it very obvious that it was the crew. Check your crew because this is unbelievably unacceptable considering that we paid nearly $400 for the room for one night. That's right you read that right. All because it was graduation for Western U and they know they can gouge people for exorbitantly high rates and get away with it. If you are going to do this you should at least make sure your employees aren't getting high in the rooms just before the guests get there.
Staff was very helpful , front desk person was very nice , his name was Ryan , he gave us great food recommendations , very helpful and customer friendly !
