This place is my hometown I haven't been here since 2010 traveled all the way from Missouri with my husband , newborn, 6 year old and my mom so it was a long ride we were all tired , when we got to the hotel the front desk was so nice they even had a crib for our room! The rooms were nice and clean the beds are so comfortable definitely will be staying here again when we come back! Keep up the good work :)
The managers of this hotel are some of the friendliest and most caring people I’ve ever met. We were in Hiawassee under very unique and extraordinary circumstances and they did everything they could to accommodate our difficult needs and went above and beyond!! I really can’t out in to words how great they treated us and how much I appreciate their service. Whoever owns this hotel needs to know he has some of the best employees he will ever find! And the rooms were in good condition and very clean.
Had a great stay here. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, especially when we were getting in earlier than check in time and made accommodations for us. The location is central to everything. Would highly recommend staying here.
My family and I stayed at this Holiday Inn at the end of December. The staff was very friendly at all times (Especially the lady helping overnight). I have one star missing due to the pool not getting over 76 degrees and no heat in the actual pool room. In addition most of the screens on the fitness equipment are broken. Other than that we had a nice stay. P.s they have connecting rooms on the 3rd floor if you need one ask :)
Wanted to take my kids on a last minute trip. Victoria helped me from start to finish. Even gave me a handful of brochures with restaurants and info of things to do in the area. Rooms are amazing and Victoria went above and beyond helping me with a last minute trip . The trip was only successful because how easy she made everything.. Will definitely be back just for her .. Highly recommend
