Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hollister, an IHG Hotel

The hotel rooms are standard good hotel rooms. The staff is kind, and quick to fill up the coffee station whenever it becomes empty. Whether it's hot water, hot chocolate, or coffee. The breakfast was good, but the staff were a little slow to fill up the sausages. A great place to stay if you're planning to go to Pinnacles National Park.

Thank God for the great service I received in my stay , Gesel was awesome ! He made my early check in easy and possible , which I appreciated so much since I needed to change to attend a church event . Not only that, but the room and food were excellent. I totally enjoyed and recommend this place for your stay. Keep up the good ! God bless you all!

A nice hotel that’s near pinnacles NP. Free breakfast, a small gym, and a pool. Rooms were very clean and functional. Update: Be careful!! They are charging $30 randomly and saying it was for parking. I was never told there was any parking fee what so ever. Thankfully they refunded this but this is clearly a scam tactic here.

Holiday trip to visit family. After the first night some small splatters were noticed on the bed linens. They were not changed by housekeeping. The following day housekeeping was given the day off, which would have been a nice gesture if I was notified in advance. I had to get new towels from the front desk. He mentioned that it was a one-time thing and would be back to regular service the next day. He also said he would put some points into my club account due to the inconvenience but they never appeared. The next day the towels were changed but nothing was done to the bed. This time I called the desk and shared my disappointment with the service. Fortunately, there is another hotel across the street that I will try on my next regular visit. i will not be staying here again.

I commented to myself that it was a real nice hotel when I walked in. However my opinion of the hotel has changed, a charge of $30 was added after I left. Why? They said a hair dryer was missing, funny thing is I don’t even use one. Totally not true, which really aggravates me.
