Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingsport-Meadowview I-26, an IHG Hotel

The bed was comfortable and that is the only thing good I can say. I tied to voice some of my concerns to the self proclaimed assistant manager and all he could say was "it is our policy" as a response to the horribly disrespectful way my family was greeted. To add insult to the situation, they were out of almost all breakfast food and every single table was filthy so we would not have been able to sit and eat anyway. The staff is RUDE to say the least.

Very happy we stayed here. Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful at all hours. Pool was a good size and usually not crowded at all. Breakfast was always hot and plenty of options. Rooms were spacious with everything you could really need. Located in a quiet area with quick access to a highway (Make sure to follow the signs to use the exit with the traffic light!). Only slightly annoying thing was a loud buzzing noise in the pool, I believe from the lights.

Very nice hotel . Staff was very friendly, rooms and lobby very clean. The breakfast every day was well stocked , extremely clean area. Overall , would stay here again anytime.

Nice that they had 2 king sized beds in the room. Very rare. Especially nice when that is what you are used to at home. Place was clean and well taken care of. Staff way friendly which makes the stay more pleasant.

Great place! Comfy beds nice service. We booked throug a third party and qhen we arrived the room that was assigned to us didnt not have the sofa bed like it said on the website but this hotel immediately moved is to another room with everything we needed with no problems. Highly recommend
