Location was great for me. Right off the 15 and close to where I was working. Nice mountain views. Staff friendly and attentive. Housekeeping does towels everyday. Wasn't expecting that often. Great breakfast included. Ve careful with the cinnamon buns. Can't eat only one.
Rooms are of good size and cleaned daily. Location leaves something to be desired. The front desk staff was pretty apathetic and the snack shop was virtually empty. I wanted to rate it higher but then they shut my key off 2 days early...
It was a really great place , BUT when I didn’t receive my deposit of $100 back, I tried to call and talk to someone over and over again, I kept getting disconnected or they acted like they couldn’t hear me! I’m so extremely frustrated right now! I’m bummed to have to write this, because I did have a lovely stay! But I left the room super clean, and want my deposit back!
2nd time here, Great hotel. Decent rates. Rooms have always been clean and they have complimentary breakfast
Better hotel rooms than others around the area for the price. About other hotels in all aspects in my experience.
