Holiday Inn Express & Suites Largo-Clearwater, an IHG Hotel

I had the most amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Largo! The staff and management here are truly exceptional—I have never encountered a hotel team that is so genuinely friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The hotel is managed and maintained impeccably, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The location is fantastic! It’s within walking distance of Largo Central Park, which is a wonderful spot for a relaxing stroll. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the park also features a performing arts center and a library, making it a safe and enjoyable area to explore. Plus, it’s not far from the beaches, which is a huge bonus. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the people who work here. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Breakfast is outstanding, and I couldn’t help but notice how meticulous Jesus is about making sure everything is perfect. The housekeeping team does an excellent job cleaning and tidying the rooms every day, and the front desk staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The manager has clearly created an exceptional team, and it shows in every detail. This hotel deserves 5 stars in every category. Well done to everyone at Holiday Inn Express Largo—you’ve made my stay unforgettable! Highly recommended!

I loved my stay here. As soon as I step foot in the lobby, Sergio was there greeting me. Thank you so much Sergio, for helping me at the desk and listening to my horrible experience at the La Quinta (the feather sound location). FEMA approved me for temporary stay at a hotel, and I'm so glad that I ended up choosing Holiday inn, specifically this location. Only because theres great staff, a team that works well together and keeping everything clean, and moving along smoothly. I have no complaints, everyone, including the maid service was excellent and thorough with cleaning, changing, making sure rooms exceed expectations. I highly recommend anyone to stay at the holiday inn Express in largo FL. Hopefully Sergio will be the one assisting you. He deserves a huge bonus and a vacation. EVERYONE THERE IS AWESOME, I felt at home. It means a lot after losing so much.

We found the beds too high for elderly persons. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was above and beyond, very nicely done. Stayed during Hurricane Helene. I have to complement the staff but Sergio specifically. I feel Sergio did a wonderful job making everyone as comfortable as possible. He seemed tireless and truly happy to help. He is a great asset for Holiday Inn.

The rooms are simple but clean. They have a great breakfast spread. And a kind professional staff. Theres no pool but it is across the street from a sports park and small dog park and sets right next to largo central park and only minutes from the beaches

From experience, we have generally low expectations of IHG hotels. We needed an emergency stay when our winter rental fell through. Soon after a quick and friendly check-in, we realized that many staying in this H.I. Express were displaced from the hurricanes, surviving on FEMA funds. Day after day, from the management to the breakfast staff to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, we watched them treat shell shocked guests like royalty, with patience, kindness, and respect, often referring to guests by name and knowing their personal struggles. This hotel was clean and comfortable but what really impressed us was the excellent service provided by every employee we met.
