Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ludington, an IHG Hotel

Typical Holiday Inn Express, and I mean that in a good way. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Water pressure was good, breakfast was standard and everything was great. You can’t go wrong at a Holiday Inn Express and this one stays consistent. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is clean, rooms spacious. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Stayed here after SS Badger journey, taxied to the hotel. Door Dashed for dinner (first time for me!). Cookies available in the evening. Rooms clean, bed comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Nice large pool and huge hit tub! Enjoyed both!

Nice staff, pretty good location. However, do not be fooled by the new front of the hotel. This is not a new hotel. It’s a poorly remodeled and dated hotel with a large pool and hot tub in a decent location. If you do not care about how old the hotel is you will enjoy your stay. If you’re expecting the rooms to look as nice as the front lobby area you’ll be very disappointed. Was kept awake at all hours of the night because they cheaped out on doors when they remodeled. Painted the old ones and you can hear everything in those hallways and the rooms across from you. Slamming doors, screaming, running, etc. Bring your ear plugs if you enjoy sleeping!

I'm glad to stay at this location again, nearly two years after my first visit. The ground(s) and building is in beautiful shape, and service is great! My room is spotless, comfortable, and spacious! Their pool, spa, and fitness room are pristine, and breakfast is unrivaled to any of the *many* hotels I've stayed at. It's central to shopping, food, and entertainment, and I feel safe and comfortable staying by myself. Check-in was smooth and brief, and settling in took no effort at all with elevators and nice bell carts.

No value for the overall cost. Rooms were small and we booked queen sized beds; however, the beds were smaller than my queen at home. The beds also made loud noises everytime you moved. To top that off you could hear other rooms, especially when a toilet was flushed. The pool was nice; however, the hot tub didn't work well. Continental breakfast was OK but overall this hotel was incredibly disappointing and honestly a ripoff.
