ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I 100% do not recommend this hotel and I had the worst experience completely due to the management of the facility. While the rooms and breakfast were nice, those are the only good parts of this hotel. My weekend stay should have cost $285 with a $20 hold for incidentals. Instead this incompetent hotel staff ended up putting a hold on over $1366.00. When brought to the staff and supervisors attention instead of being helpful, understanding or apologetic they were rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE that wants to have a good, peaceful or nice stay to anyone. This hotel and staff will bring you nothing but disappointment while they ruin your trip. To your response Kylan: when the “issue” was brought to your attention you barely apologized and responded with attitude and rude comments such as “it’s not like the money won’t be returned eventually” none of which was helpful or fixing the error you made. You did absolutely nothing to help the situation. A situation you are STILL causing seeing as I am still receiving charges 3 days after checkout. You did NOTHING to right your wrongs and couldn’t even find some of the charges in your system which is wild in itself. You have already shown me how helpful you can be, I’ll be reaching out to the corporate office to fix your issues.
What a wonderful hotel! Modern quiet extremely comfy rooms. Clean Location convenient to downtown. Wonderful breakfast! Loved it! Do not miss this gem when staying in Marble Falls.
Received a charge for makeup accidentally left on a hand towel. Was informed that it was "damaged". I was then asked if I have children that left this towel dirty? How about I get credited for the broken refrigerator in the room and swapping it out for a smaller one? This is pretty petty. If you can make other accommodations in the area, I recommend you do. Who knows what you will be charged if you don't review your account statement. Pic of hand towel attached.
I had a two night stay. Reyna and Ashley really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They were awesome. The people that work there are what really made this stay, great! They also had a really good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits... I was very happy.
I've been to better Holiday Inn Express's. This one was okay. There aren't many national chain hotels in Marble Falls, so I can't really compare it to much else. Their elevator wasn't working well, and apparently, this is an ongoing problem. So, if you're not a fan of stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor. The staff is very polite and helpful. Don't expect to find hand soap in the bathroom, but the cleaning crew will give you some if you ask.
