Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Conway, an IHG Hotel

Staff was extremely friendly to our family. Pleasant, helpful, and upbeat. A gentleman asked our boys why we were in North Conway. we were in the area for our son’s 3rd birthday and surprise trip to the indoor water park. They got him a Spider-Man balloon and few small gifts. Was by far the most nicest thing they could have done. And he was totally surprised. Definitely made his day.

While the rooms might smell disgusting, and the hotel might be in disarray this North Conway resort and spa is not to be missed. During our stay, we enjoyed strolls to the to the Market Basket and trips to Luxurious Jacuzzi. A short walk to the neighboring McDanks, this hotel is located in the heart of North Conway. And boy, does this hotel have a lot of heart. The man managing the breakfast buffet, make sure that every bite was seared and enjoyed. Cheryl attentively cleaned our room and although there were old hairs located all through throughout the bathtub, we didn't mind. The front desk staff was attentive and lively. And Emily, oh my Emily. I couldn't even think of having a better manager of this holiday inn express. Emily attended to our every need I couldn't have asked for anyone better.If you care about having a nice pleasant smelling room, don't stay here. If you care about making valuable connections with other New Hampshire loving people this place is not to be missed. Thank you, Holiday Inn express and suites. We enjoyed our stay for the most part and will be back again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quite large compared to other express. The breakfast meets the standard. Location is 10 minutes to the ski resort. The only pity is our room is at 82 degree which is too hot for us but we managed it to 75 overnight . I think they deserve a 5 star.

The place is under repair, rooms smells mildewy, beds are too soft (uncomfy), and room key cards constantly keep deactivating. Would give this a 1 star. But Leslie, the Jamaican guy who runs the kitchen and so much more, made our 13 hour drive up from Maryland completely worth it. Leslie goes above and beyond delivering five star service. Makes you feel at home, always chipper and engaging in lighthearted conversation. Even packed food for my group and I. And when leaving before going on the road, he snow scraped our car. These are just a few examples of his A+ service. He IS the holiday inn express. Whatever he is being paid is not enough -- give this man a pay raise. Would come back just for my man, Leslie. If you visit, please say hi to him

absolutely horrible!!! do NOT stay here. Front desk wasn’t helpful at all. They charged my card before they had even talked to me nor anyone in the room. Their sink was completely clogged which we hadn’t noticed at first and it “flooded” the downstairs room below us. Although the people that were staying in that room slept in it perfectly fine and had no complaints nor issues. They had pounded on the door at 10am before checkout time and told us if we weren’t out by 11:30am they would charge us for another night. The general (dike) manager had came up and asked for $250 for the “water damage” although wouldn’t show us any of the “damage” because the people were still in the room. This place was absolutely disgusting with dust/mold/ hair etc everywhere. If you want your night to be ruined and absolutely crap COME STAY HERE!!! Also we were walking out of the hotel or (motel) and the maintenance people were dicks and followed us to our car as if they were going to harm us. READ THESE REVIEWS!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!
