It was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant customer service. I arrived after midnight and happened to show up right when the receptionist had stepped away but he wasn't gone for super long and was apologetic about it. The only complaint is that the water smelled like campsite water. I'm sure it's the city's fault, but it's still an area of improvement for the hotel. The breakfast was better than nothing, but one of the worst continental breakfasts I've had in terms of hot food quality. The hard boiled eggs in the fridge sit in a pool of questionable water in the fridge so that wasn't pleasant. But the dining area was clean, I didn't see any food safety issues, they even had a sneeze shield so they do go above and beyond on safety. Just cheap hot food, that's all. It's a good baseline to judge other hotels by though. I came to this one because at a different hotel I saw a bug crawling on my bed, so hey I'll take minor inconvenience over safety issue any day. I'd still recommend this joint. :)
Nice and Clean Hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay here. Very nice hotel with plenty of parking. Don't forget to place your parking pass on the dash 🥳
Absolutely CLEAN!!! No hairs on the bed! Water was wonderfully hot! Extra bed sheets pillows etc in the dresser! King Suite LOTS of room. I got a nice view of the pool request room 305!! Get the biscuits and gravy for the breakfast downstairs they’re so soft and yummy !
Very nice place to stay, Quiet and Comfortable!!! BIG comfy beds!!! Stayed 3 nights, well 2 and a half, had to leave at 330AM to get to my early flight and as I was checking out the staff hooked me up with a muffin and 2 bananas since breakfast wasn't being served that early in the morning, and speaking of breakfast, They're on my top 5 for hotel breakfasts...
Not one complaint! By far our favorite suite we've ever stayed in! The customer service, the breakfast, the spacious room, the bed, the shower pressure, the ac and mini fridge was all perfect! We will be back! Thank you Holiday Inn Express!
