Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pahrump, an IHG Hotel

WHY STAY HERE? 1. Without question, the employees that monitored the breakfast area in the mornings were the absolute best. Not only were they keeping the area running in an efficient manner, they had such positive and friendly attitudes. This contributed to the rarely seen (these days) “wow factor” and is the primary reason for recommending this hotel. 2. Speaking of breakfast, I loved the selection very much. I love oatmeal and always appreciate it when I see that hot, steamy kettle on display. The veggie omelettes, though I’m sure were premade and only heated on site, were really good. Often a problem at other hotels, the seating area here was large enough to accommodate a good size crowd. 3. We loved the room layout. It was modern, updated, and functioned very well. We appreciated having room for two pieces of luggage (most places only provide space for one). 4. Plenty of parking with easy ways in and out. 5. Plenty of places to charge devices, including bedside. OVERALL, I highly recommend this hotel. Let’s face it, the free breakfasts provided by most hotels are average. As they say, if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. Not here–this one was above and beyond–all thanks to the wonderful staff.

Stayed here one night on points before moving over to the Nugget just because it’s so much cheaper and I wasn’t gonna be in the room much. Typical nice HI Express that’s clean, consistent, quiet, and has a good hotel breakfast. Plenty of parking and close to many dining options and a few casinos. Enjoyable stay.

Room was nice. However, the guy that checked me in seemed to have an issue with me when I checked in and out. First time I've experienced this ever. I won't go there again. I don't wanna state my opinion on why I felt there was a problem

We were traveling for hours so we arrived in town after midnight. We wanted to pay for a room to rest and leave in the morning. The night shift woman at the desk was very rude and unprofessional, and said check in is at 3:00, we can’t give you a room now. We said we are aware it’s late at night and we are happy to pay the full price for the night although we are staying shortly and leave by 11:00 am in the morning. She said she wouldn’t know how to do that. Sorry to say, she wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. So we went to Best Western across the street which had immaculate service with professional, efficient and pleasant people. I honestly have dogs smarter than the night shift employee at Holiday Inn Express…

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pahrump and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for our exploration of Death Valley National Park. The hotel itself was well-maintained with clean and spacious rooms. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of hot and cold options to fuel our days of adventuring. The hotel is conveniently situated near several grocery stores, allowing us to easily stock up on snacks and drinks for our road trip. Overall, we recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pahrump to anyone planning a trip to Death Valley. It provides a comfortable stay with all the essentials you need for a successful exploration of this stunning national park.
