Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Palm Desert - Millennium, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Palm Desert, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining the room throughout my stay, keeping everything tidy and comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast there were so many great options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Palm Desert. The service was top notch, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future! I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with our 4 day stay here! Outstanding guest service from Alex throughout our stay. Lovely free continental breakfast, great pool and hot tub, and super conveniently located just off the freeway for all of the things we wanted to do during our visit. We were essentially 10-15 minutes from everything in all directions. This hotel is so clean, quiet, and all the staff so friendly. The rooms are in excellent condition, they have plenty of shampoo, body wash, lotion, and hand soap available in the rooms so no need to worry you’ll only have a tiny bottle of each. The rooms have a microwave and fridge so very convenient, and we didn’t hear our neighbors at all during our stay. We are already planning a return trip and hands down plan to stay here! You can’t beat this hotel for the price! Thank you all for such a great stay. We’ll be back!

The room was nice, the check in was fine. The stay was terrible followed by absurd customer service. The people next door were very loud at midnight, extremely drunk & loud from 3:20am until 4am and AGAIN woke us up at 6:30am! We had to speak with staff 4 times in the middle of the night and 2 times at 6:30. Their offer of compensation was a late checkout?!?!?! 🤔. Jenni Ellsworth the Front Desk Manager and Jennifer Garcia the General Manager said they would not refund us since we chose to stay the night as we “had a choice to leave” - at 4am!?!?! They were elevated when we were not and less than professional or managerial to us. These 2 “managers” did not manage the problem or our concerns at all. Their customer service was laughable. They offered 10,000 points when that stay would have cost 50,000 points (had I paid with points) and absolutely refused even a partial refund. This is the worst customer service at a hotel I’ve ever experienced: they quoted “all the other guests had a wonderful stay” - as if we were the problem! Absolutely absurd.

Perfecto! One thing I liked and it was the first time I saw it was_ a pre printed note was left at the desk _ claiming that if the room is not clean to our satisfaction we should ask and they will set things right etc.. Today your room is cleaned by_ and there were someone's signatures. I was impressed with this accountability in the SOP. I wish I had taken a pic. The breakfast was good and staff was very accommodating.

I recently stayed at the holiday inn Hotel in Indio , palm desert and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel also has great facilities, such as a well-maintained pool and a fitness center. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Hotel for anyone visiting Indio. It offers excellent value for the price and provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
