Holiday Inn Express & Suites Philadelphia - Mt. Laurel, an IHG Hotel

We stayed overnight from the 6th through the 7th. The staff was extremely accommodating, as I needed an earlier check in due to medical equipment I have. They couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Our service dogs were welcomed, and also treated nicely. Our room was clean and spotless. No complaints whatsoever, and if need be in the future, we will stay here again. Great job to the staff.

Arguably the nicest Holiday Inn Express ever. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, free parking, extremely comfortable bed and excellent complimentary breakfast. Trust me, just book this hotel and you won't be disappointed. Stop looking at other hotels in the area--not worth the value for the dollar.

This stay is of great value for a 3 star hotel. The room and lobby is clean and comfortable. I saw the staff clean the lobby in a thorough way. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be eat-in or to-go. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in a safe area of low crime rate.

This hotel was conveniently located less than 20 mins to the baby shower I had to attend and the gym I have a membership to. When I first arrived around 7pm I waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes until somebody finally came out to help me check in. There was no bell or anything to try to get anyones attention. I was excited to stay in the room because it was very spacious and nice but I had one of the worst nights of sleep due to obnoxious people screaming and slamming doors all night. The hallway on the third floor also reaked of cigarette smoke the entire time I was there. The ice machine almost half way down the hallway was so loud I could hear it in my room. The breakfast at IHG hotels is normally pretty decent in my opinion. I got a plate of eggs and pork sausage. The pork sausage was good but the eggs were top 3 worst eggs I have ever tasted in my life and I tried to force myself to eat them but after two bites I couldn't do it and being in the military that should say a lot. They tasted like straight rubber. The lady that was setting the food out that worked there was also throwing things around and huffing and puffing the whole time making it obvious she hated being there.

Rooms of spacious and clean safest polite I was there for two nights I enjoyed my stay I got to sleep and watch TV and order food from the nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
