We had a great stay! Our trip got off to a very rocky start in LA, but Ari (the front desk representative) turned it around. She was so kind and helpful. She had amazing customer service skills. The hotel was clean, in great condition, comfortable, great location, great breakfast and best of all the hot tub was so nice to relax in after a long day. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars!
Everything was good But room service Didn't clean the toilet as I asked nor clean the counters Was here a week Shower curtain smelt like pee Had housekeeping come to clean she didn't lean the toilet the 2nd time again or around Nor the counter I had to do it myself with the Clorox wipes
Our Toddler discovered a crack pipe tucked into the pillow case. We brought it to management’s attention and they tried to negotiate a 25% rate reduction, this was insulting that they would even try to negotiate, it seems like they don’t change the sheets after each stay, as this was on the only bed in the room, by the way management acted it seems the lack of cleaning was from the managers down. ( management wouldn’t even talk to us as we requested) I left feeling disgusted and insulted the way it was handled. Will stay at my usual Hilton from now on.
I stay here all the time being a Walmart employee and this is the first time I have ever seen a bed bug in the room. Told staff about it after I got grossed out. All I was told was the will let house keeping know. Need to do a better job of cleaning.
I had a great simple experience here. Got a room last minute on Christmas Eve. The room was clean, really big & quiet. Breakfast the next day could have been better but it did the trick. Recommendation: Breakfast Attendant should be greeting guests as they enter & have food full until its actually over. I had all the food I needed but I heard her tell another family that she "ran out" of food while Breakfast hours were still happening. Parking lot was safe & clean.
