Loved my stay here! Got an ADA Room (which I'm not mad about). The room was really spacious, clean, & well stocked with all the necessary essentials you'd need during your stay. Location was very conveniently placed near tons of restaurants that are within walking distance. Front desk staff was extremely nice & welcoming. Didn't try breakfast & only complaint would be the internet. It was slow, you really couldn't stay connected, but I wouldn't say that's a deal breaker. With that being said I would return in the future!
This is a roach motel! Found a roach in the bathroom, no hot water, shower leaked water all over the floor and sprayed water on the walls. The soaps & shampoo bottles were empty. The mini fridge also leaked condensation all over the floor so we had wet socks. The room also took almost the entire night to cool. We definitely will not stay at Holiday inn Seguin ever again! They would not comp the room but promised enough points for a free night...never received the points!
We stayed for 3 days at this Inn. It was a wonderful experience. The handicap room was big and spacious. The room and everything in it was perfect and clean. The staff that worked from the 27th-30th was outstanding customer service was above and beyond what is expected. Thank you to the staff for a very enjoyable stay! 💜💜💜
Customer service and cleanliness of rooms by far the best in the area! The front desk team on all shifts does an exceptional job! Sam, Lisa, Madison and Melonie all engage with the customers and truly care that your needs are being met and you are enjoying your stay. Highly recommend over any other hotels in the Seguin area.
The only issue I had with this hotel was parking. I know that while they don't get a lot of people towing trailers behind their vehicle but there are quite a few of us on the road anymore. Otherwise this facility was awesome, perfect in every way and the breakfast was top notch I'd gladly come back
