Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springville-South Provo Area, an IHG Hotel

This facility has many positives - great values, staff, and location. My luggage was lost at the airport so I was left here with just the clothes on my back; it was very helpful to have received complimentary items from the front desk, such as toothpaste, tooth brush, and comb. It made my dark day brighter. The front desk personnel were also very friendly and helpful with my luggage delivery (once it was found). They went out of their way to be kind and I appreciate that immensely. This location is very beautiful, as well. Absolutely fantastic view of the mountains from my room, which I adored. The only downsides were that my soaps seemed to be very, very watery as if they were watered down and the elevator took its time working. Other than that, this is a nice hotel with great staff in a lovely location.

This place was amazing. I had to stay here for a few days and everyone treated me like they knew me and was always asking me how I was . It was really refreshing since I was traveling alone and was missing home. I will stay here again if I get the chance. And the views are amazing by the way. Just look. Also Kharyn was just amazing!!! Best customer service repair i have ever had while staying at any hotel in my time traveling. !! Amazing service

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The wheelchair accessibility features were all present in the hotel and rooms, making the stay seamless. Breakfast was good. The hotel's location was extremely convenient; it was an easy off and on from the interstate.

I'm a truck driver, when I need a great night off the road, nice bed, clean linen, gym day, a pool, and spa then this place is it. If you drive a truck you can park it at the flying J, or on the street. Great location. Very nice stay!

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springville-South Provo Area had its ups and downs. The property itself is fairly standard, and I appreciated the fact that it doesn't allow pets, which was a bonus for a peaceful stay. However, there were several drawbacks. The inability to cast to the TV made relaxing in the room a bit less convenient, and the tub shower wasn’t ideal for my preference. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The parking lot could also use better lighting, as it was quite dim after dark, making it difficult to navigate. A particularly frustrating incident occurred when I accidentally dropped a bag of ice. I went to the front desk offering to clean it up, but they only provided me with three washcloths, which wasn’t sufficient. They said they would send housekeeping, but hours passed with no follow-up. On the positive side, the breakfast attendant was kind enough to let us grab breakfast 12 minutes before the scheduled time so we could get on the road early, which I really appreciated. Overall, the stay was okay, but improvements in service and facilities would make a big difference.
