Our room was supposed to be king room with a Lake View. King bed and a couch. Well to my surprise no couch. Door on the room didnt want to lock at times. Hallway was a mess with carts and building materials. The hotel is under renovations but this was a lot! Breakfast was excellent and area clean. Pool was nice except for 10 screaming little girls at a birthday party. ( not hotels fault)
We loved the location of this hotel, and is why we chose to stay here. We paid extra to stay in one of the lake view rooms. The view was amazing! The room wasn’t all that clean. There were spider webs in the corners of the ceiling, the shower drained very slowly and the tub stopper didn’t seal.
Lorelei at the front desk is awesome and went above and beyond to make for a great stay. All around from the view of Lake Michigan to the breakfast and room a very enjoyable time. Thanks again!
Awesome hotel with a great bedroom and nice bathroom. There is also a small kitchen with a table. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge that makes possible breakfast in the room.
My husband and I stayed in a lake view suite for a wedding this past weekend and we were very happy with our accommodations! The room was very large for just the two of us! The star of the show, however was Ms. Virginia, the kitchen manager! The complimentary breakfast that you get for staying is ridiculous! The food is fresh and delicious, it was definitely restaurant quality, just downstairs! Back to Ms. Virginia, she is constantly zooming in and out of the dining room making sure you have anything and everything you need! She introduces herself and says “good morning” to every new group that comes in, she is just a wonderful delight! We would recommend staying here to anyone that asks!
