Very nice hotel. Complimentary breakfast at decent time - not too early to miss. Great location …near all stores, restaurants and right off the exit. Night friendly staff and manager. Just wish you all were pet friendly maybe with a fee Add it to the site though that you aren’t pet friendly to prevent customers bringing their pets . I wasn't aware but, appreciate management accommodating the one night and informing me of the rule for future stays
SUPER clean, GREAT breakfast (all sorts of hot,cold and dry foods , fruits , milks ect!! ) . HELPFUL AND SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. I loved my stay here, they even have a computer station that you can print all you want, open dining area incase you are antsy at night and need to sit outside of your room . Felt like a luxury hotel, it’s very beautiful inside and all throughout. LARGE HOTEL by the way, Gym was decent, didn’t check out the pool but it’s open 24hrs! No one bugged me , and it was nice and quiet, even was asked which level I’d like. How thoughtful. Oh and by the way there’s several restaurants open late within a 2-3 minute walk.
We have stayed many times in the past years. Never been subjected to such poor service at the front desk. Reservation, member but treated as if we weren’t welcome to check in. Long form to fill in, no greeting. Room not as clean as in the past. We will stay at the Marriott next time.
Rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. The rooms on the 2nd floor 204 & 206 to be exact are right above the pool pumps which make a terrible low frequency sound. We had trouble sleeping because of this. The 2 rooms we were assigned actually had supplied ear plugs in the rest rooms which I could only imagine was due to previous complaints. If it wasn't for this, they would have received 5 stars.
We stayed here for one night and my husband declared this as one of the best showers he has ever taken! The mirror never fogged up, the water pressure was great and the temperature was easy to control. The room was spacious but the pillows were spongy but I'm particular when it comes to pillows. My only real complaint was the lighting in the room. They either need brighter bulbs or more lamps. The location was perfect with so many stores and restaurants nearby
