Stayed here for the night. Friendly service. Very clean and fresh smelling hotel. (Like clean linens). Room was immaculate (just a large crack in the shower wall🚿). Breakfast was decent (turkey sausage, robot made mini pancakes, yogurt, cereal, cinnamon roll, fruits) overall, 9.2/10.
I stayed here multiple times for job training and everything about it was nearly perfect!☆ From the cleanliness to the staff putting things in the freezer for me, it was nice and quiet, and even the water pressure was decent, and that's rare for hotels to have good water pressure in the showers! The only thing I wish was different is I wish there were at least freezer shelves in the rooms so I didn't have to bug the staff to put my freezer stuff away. Thank you so much!♡
Great stop over on way to mountains! Like the rooms and beds. Breakfast was weak however. Still surprised all these chains can't improve them with little increase on cost. Need some innovative thought!
Stayed here for over a week for work and it was great, friendly and honest staff, laundry service, quiet, comfortable bed, good wifi, and clean room. I had to leave for 2 nights and I left a few things behind, including expensive electronics, and the cleaning staff saved them!! Amazing staff, thank you for the great service.
Honestly expected more from a Holiday Inn Express, but my stay was a disappointment. I’ve stayed at several IHG properties and this one has got to be the worse by far. Pros: Staff is friendly Bed was very soft and comfortable Location is far enough from the freeway to avoid noise but close to restaurants Cons: One of the elevators didn’t work and the other elevator was very slow. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room ONCE my entire stay, they just gave me a new towel. And they didn’t do a good job between stays either, carpet was dirty and sheets had a few stains. NO HOT WATER!!!!! The water reached a maximum of 80F after running for 20 minutes. How does a hotel not have hot water? Well apparently this one didn’t. Even Motel 6 has hot water. Didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast but the coffee was weak and creamer had solidified. Nasty. Definitely won’t be staying here again
