Holiday Inn Express Williamsburg, an IHG Hotel

We got in around 9pm and the staff was very friendly and quick! We were exhausted so the speed was appreciated. The room looked great with hot coco by the coffee machine for the kiddos and when we came down for breakfast the breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold featuring cheese omelets, bacon, turkey sausage and more. The food was great but the addition of chocolate milk made my kids smile. Overall they did an amazing job for our short stay and I would absolutely stay again! Thank you all ❤️

Breakfast was fantastic. Food was fresh and they kept everything stocked. Breakfast area was kept very clean. Staff very friendly. The Family above our room was very loud. Lots of stomping and running. They did calm down after we complained. Location was about a mile off the interstate. And a mile from the little downtown area. Good spot!

We travel from Michigan to Florida every year staying two nights at Holiday Inn Express each way. The staff, breakfast and eminities were great. This time I didn't feel our room was as clean as other HIE we've have stayed at. Clean beds, toilet, shower and sink, but the floor really made me regret forgetting to pack me slippers.

My stay at this hotel was mostly satisfactory until we encountered a couple of issues. The room was generally clean, though there were noticeable stains on the carpet, which detracted from the overall comfort. However, the most unsettling discovery came when we checked the bathroom. While the bathroom appeared to be in decent condition, we were shocked to find an item of underwear hanging from the shower curtain rod, clearly left behind by a previous guest. This oversight made us question the thoroughness of the room's cleaning process. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests have a better experience.

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff were wonderful. KRISTY BROWN greeted us at the front desk. She was very pleasant and assisted us with restaurant options etc in the vicinity. At breakfast, CHANDRA went out of her way to serve us.
