Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Wisconsin Dells was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had a welcoming atmosphere. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the beds—hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in at a hotel! We woke up feeling completely refreshed. The complimentary breakfast was another standout. The selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh, hot options to choose from. Everything was well-stocked and delicious—definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel in the Dells, this is the place to be. We will absolutely be back!
Great hotel over all! The staff was wonderful and inviting. The receptionist told us about things happening during our stay and gave us coupons for those events. The kiddie pool was perfect for our toddler and the larger pool was very nice and a good temperature. The breakfast was great! The breakfast staff was wonderful! Even when the pancake machine was malfunctioning they were very friendly and helpful in getting it fixed. The only cons were the shower leaked terribly and the shower curtain smelled very musty. They were repairing the slide deck on our second night so we were unable to use the slide which we were bummed about! We will definitely come back to this location because of the great staff!
Some sharp areas in the hot tub, my kid got multiple cuts and scapes. Staff is friendly and attentive. Bed and room is good for its price. Noise can be heard from people in the hallway even though they didn’t mean to be loud. The normal conversation and walk step can easily feel and heard. Minus 1 star for no body wash & dirty shower liner… even I told them, there is still no body wash after housekeeping attended our room. And they never answer my in-house call. Note - Chlorine is quite high for our family. All of us shows signs of reaction from mild to moderate.
My family and I had a wonderful time. This hotel is very clean and has a very nice pool. The price is affordable and parking lot is decent. The receptionist are friendly and pleasant. Especially the receptionist Sandeca is very kind and was very welcoming to my family and I. She provided answers to my questions and was very friendly throughout my stay. I give this hotel 5 stars. Would come again!
We went there for a hockey tournament. Room was ok. Pool was nice until my daughter received chlorine burn all over her body. The chlorine burned your eyes when you sat in the pool area. Also left a coat there. Call 6hrs after I left and got the run around for that and the rash all over my kiddo! They told me they would call me back in 24 to 48 hrs. Guess who is still waiting for a call back after almost a month! This place is a joke!
