Holiday Inn Ft. Lauderdale-Airport, an IHG Hotel

The waterfall in the pool was the BEST!!! Standing under that waterfall felt better than any massage I'd ever had. That made it worth worth it right there but everything else was great as well. Friendly staff, good breakfast that was included (maybe the deal I purchased made it included, not sure), nice clean rooms and great water pressure in the showers. I'd definitely return and recommend if for nothing other than that AMAZING waterfall massage! Location was good too, not too far from nice beaches and train that you can catch to Orlando. Be aware there are two different trains make sure you go to the right one.

Pool was very nice. And room was very nice too. 3 stars because they advertise free airport shuttle but it doesn’t run early in the morning. We booked this hotel for the free airport shuttle and had to pay for a Lyft because our flight was at 7am and the shuttle doesn’t run early enough to get us to the airport on time. We could have booked a beachfront hotel instead but no, we booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle.

Wow what an experience Alina “the director of smiles” kept us calm during our checkin process. We had a horrible experience with best western and she found us a room quickly. My experience was very different she remembered my name as she knew me for years. My experience and my expectations has changed. She provided top notch h service without becoming overwhelmed by a lobby full of over 50 adults. She is very compassionate about what she does. Thank you

Great staff and the rooms are always perfect if you're looking for a guarantee for your money. This location is pretty perfect. I mean a heated pool, great restaurant on-site with a bar and free shuttle service.

Manager, front desk & staff are outstanding. Comfy beds, quiet room. Had a great breakfast, nice pool, good bar. We picked it for convenience to cruise terminal.
