My experience was phenomenal. I travelled alone, first time in Myrtle Beach. I felt safe and secure. H ad a beautiful view of the beach. Accomodations were very comfortable, clean, and accessible. Staff, especially Terry the server, was warm, courteous and very eager to please. I would definitely stay there again.
The room was absolutely horrible... the air conditioner kept blowing out hot air. The TV channels dont let you know whats on, no guide to the television. Half the TV is blue. The night attended was absolutely terrific great guy.. the only bright spot at the hotel. Oh yea No complimentary Breakfast who does that?
Location and ease of access were great. Plenty of parking in lot. Restaurant was easy and tasty for lunch. Hot tub had a few jets out that could have made that better. Our room had a balcony but was directly above kitchen so the exhaust fans were very loud, couldn't really have the door open
First room we were assigned had broken tv and air conditioner wasn’t working. We asked to change rooms which they nicely agreed to and the second room was better, but the shower wouldn’t drain. We also witnessed a confrontation in the lobby which left a bad taste in our mouth. The front desk employee was very rude to a woman asking for restaurant recommendations.
The rooms were wonderful, nice kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was contemporary modern. The staff is friendly and cares about your comfort. Will visit again.
