Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is pretty large for a holiday in, big meeting rooms, a restaurant built in. It was pretty different then most other holiday inns on the area. Room was clean, and the hotel was pretty quiet despite being off the highway. Still if your staying in Staunton, VA you can gladly go here for a quick hotel rest, or one of the many hotels to visit in the area.

This is a beautiful facility too bad the staff was so poor. Our waitress totally ignored us and didn’t get our order right and we were the only one in the restaurant, except for her friends that she spent all of her time with. The complimentary coffee was pulled early which is odd because they leave it out all day in less classy hotels. The facility is beautiful hope they get some staff more interested in taking care of guests.

Simple overnight stay. The phone in the room did not work, or perhaps I wasn't using it correctly. The restaurant stays open until 11pm and the staff and did were great! Very limited late night never however (I was there at 9ish) but the burger was priced good and tasted even better.

Check in w/Tricia on Friday was good. Knowledgeable and kind. Room was clean/spacious. Nice size hotel room refrigerator w/small freezer for freezer packs, small microwave, small keurig (not sure when it was last cleaned, though). Bathroom clean, pretty small, tub leaned/leaked, toilet very low. Our room was next to the laundry area...wish we had been warned. You could hear it through the wall. That room should be heavily discounted. Hotel elevator being upgraded so only one works at a time. No complimentary breakfast. Coffee only available for a short time in the morning. No real suitable gathering area other than was is the restaurant area and the evening shift gives you the stink eye if you dare to ask to go in to sit and chat with family/friends or to play games. This mornings front desk person was RUDE! I don't think even a snickers would have helped her! ALSO...$6 for a SMALL smart water.

Bathroom very small and toilet required 2 plus flushes to work. Room was clean. This is the first Holiday Inn Express that charged for breakfast. Not impressed.
