Holiday Inn Steamboat Springs, an IHG Hotel

We had the best time! All of the staff were so kind and accommodating. Shout out to Quentin, Keenan, Chris, and my apologies if I missed anyone! Also our shuttle driver, Garrett, who was always on time and even came back around to get us when we walked out right after he left! Superb service all around. While we did not plan to eat in the dining room, we sure are glad we gave it a try! WOW, excellent food and drinks, great portions and fairly priced. The seafood chowder was the best! We had it each of the 3 times we went! Another shout out to Viagas on his service and suggestion on the chowder. The locker room just inside the lobby was a great addition. Our suite comfortably accommodated our family of 3. We’re big fans of the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing. The staff often checked in to see if we needed anything and then delivered promptly. We will absolutely stay at this location the next time we travel to Steamboat.

Excellent customer service from the time Quentin checked us in. He was stellar and made us feel welcome from the get go. Chris and Keenan were both also very helpful in answering questions regarding not only the property but also local things to do and see and the best way to do so. Tammy also provided great information as we were deciding on our travel route back to Denver by way of Boulder. We were so pleased with the amenities... clean pool and hot tub inside, wonderful hot tub outside that we enjoyed in the cold night air following a day of skiing, very clean and spacious room with a super comfy bed. Couldn't ask for more at this great price. Shuttle driver Billy was also very pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. This is really a great team (we noticed how pleasant they were with every single customer/interaction as we waited on the shuttle in the lobby) and couldn't be a more convenient location. Our mountain view room was perfect.

These guys are awesome. Everyone from Brandon the manager, to the front desk, to the restaurant/bar staff and the maintenance staff were incredibly helpful. They accommodated our High school Nordic ski team during this weeks state finals for our two night visit. They genuinely cared, solved one of our scheduling oversights and just seem like great people - which can be challenging when dealing with the perpetual run of tourists. Thanks for your help. It did not go unnoticed.

My husband and son and I stayed for a week in early February of this year and I was amazed with the service we received! We travel a lot and stay at Holiday Inns because we are IHG members. Tammy gave top notch service at the front desk, her husband Garrett the shuttle driver was just as friendly and his choice of music was great. Whiskey the dog, well I wish I could have fit him in my suitcase 😉 Thank you for a memorable stay.

We chose HI because it had a shuttle to the ski slopes and a restaurant serving breakfast till 11:00. We were quite pleased with both. The shuttle was easy and available. The restaurant was quite good. The staff was exceptional. They were pleasant and welcoming, more so than most places. Tammy at reception, Rafael with our room, and Monique, Shanikah, Vegas and Leroy in the restaurant greeting us as though we were royalty. We were very pleased with our stay and will return next year.
