has big lots. has 50 Amp service. sandy spots with grass mixed in. has alot of activities. can buy mobile home as well as RV spots.
Every year the lot rents go up! The outside pool is still under repair since October. They do have a inside pool but some people want the warmth of the sun. They cater too much to people in golf courts! They have put up signs by the mail room golf carts parking only! You have to drive your garbage to a dumpster. I did not realize all these things before I moved there from out of state!
It’s nice here we visit our brother that lives here.Has an indoor pool plus outdoor pool but under construction. Has a Diner , mini golf course, Restrooms with showers. Laundry Room / Mat. Free to visit if you know someone that lives there. Or renting camp area.has a gated community.
