Holiday RV Park Introduce

Holiday RV Park, located at 100 S Dolliver St, Pismo Beach, CA 93449, provides a convenient camping experience for RV travelers within the Campgrounds & RV Parks category. You can reach them at (805) 773-1121 or +1 805-773-1121.

Based on customer reviews, Holiday RV Park boasts a great, walkable location, offering easy access to downtown Pismo Beach, the beach itself, and the Pismo Beach Butterfly Grove. The park provides essential amenities, including a heated pool, full hookups, and recently renovated bathrooms and showers, which are generally clean. The park is also pet-friendly, making it suitable for travelers with animals.

However, the park is noted for having tight and small parking spaces, which can be a minor inconvenience. This closer proximity of parking spaces is also reflected in the parks pricing, making it more affordable than some of the parks in the immediate area. The park uses gravel instead of grass, which some reviewers find results in gravel being tracked into their RVs.

The staff is generally helpful, and recent reviews indicate that the new manager and receptionist are friendly and accommodating. For those who find the parking spaces particularly challenging, the staff will assist in parking the trailer.

Reviewers suggest that staying closer to the front of the park is preferable, as the sites further back are reportedly occupied by long-term residents with less tidy setups.

In summary, Holiday RV Park offers a convenient location and essential amenities for those looking to stay in Pismo Beach. While the parking spaces are tight and the park uses gravel, the walkable location, helpful staff, and affordable pricing make it a viable option for RV travelers.

Holiday RV park has a great, walkable location to downtown Pismo, the beach, and the butterfly Grove. They have a heated pool, all hookups, and nice new (usually clean) bathrooms and showers. They are pet friendly. Minor drawbacks include spaces being a bit tight / small (but that makes it less expensive than across the street) and the gravel instead of grass that gets stuck in your shoes and tracked into the trailer all the time. Staff are helpful and now the new manager and receptionist are friendly again.

Very tight accommodations for parking but we survived a week here it really wasn't bad. Close to the beach and all amenities you may need. Great folks that are helpful when you arrive. If your spot is too tight they will park the trailer for you. I would suggest staying more up front as you go farther back long time folks kind of live junky but it sufficient.

Very very tight for the RVs and management lets long-termed live real junky. Laundry facilities were fabulous and clean tho. Showers were clean but tiny. The plus side is that the beach is maybe 2 blocks away. The office staff are nice and helpful. They should lose a few spots so it isn't like a literal parking lot for RVs. They would still do well and the experience would be better.

Modern facilities, heated pool, hot tub, very well equipped kitchen, free and hot showers, free coffee, free barbecue grill, functional gravel sites without plants or flowers however with power, water and waste water drainage. No dedicated pedestrian road crossing for the campground east of the street, but road can crossed while watching traffic. Wifi could work more steadily and without reconnecting every 5 min. Bandwidth is sufficient. Noise from the highway and the road is noticeable and depending the site and your personal sensitivity could wake you up on the morning. Over all a great campground fully close to the beach. Update after our 3 weeks California RV roadtrip with dispersed, governmental and private overnight sites: This was definitely our favourite campground from a price/value (quality, cleanliness, location, facilities, kitchen, amenities). Thank you once again for the great time we spend here and all the best!

This place was perfect for us! You can walk to everything downtown Pismo Beach, (including the beach and the Pier!). The facilities are amazing; new bathrooms, laundry was great, pool is huge, warm, and clean. The only negative would be that the sites are sooooo tiny (like we had to rent a parking spot for our car because it wouldn't fit between our rig and the neighbor's slide) BUT it's worth it for the location and the amenities. If you care deeply about a spacious site, this isn't the park for you. If you care about enjoying the surrounding area with great amenities and easy access to everything, this IS the park for you! We'd return for sure!
