I’d give a zero if I could. First day there we lost power due to a surge that they agreed was them and not us. It was almost 97 degrees and we had no a/c and had 2 dogs. Due to the inconvenience the security guy let us stay a night in the hotel for free. Then said he’d give us the next 2 nights free and we could have 2 free meals at one of the restaurants in the casino. We stayed the night in the hotel and had lunch once at the casino. He recommended we call this RV tech they use in the area which as it turns out was related to him. We paid the RV guy and they said they reimburse us. Once we got home we noticed we were billed for the hotel room, and lunch at the casino and never got reimbursed for the RV service. I called many times to rectify the situation and the guy never answered, then I called him on his home cell and he wasn’t happy that I did that but I explained if he would have answered on the business phone we wouldn’t be having this conversation. He said he’s talk to the human resource person who had been on vacation and get us reimbursed. The guy did call us and said he’d reverse the charges but would take a couple of days. That never happened! Since then they are totally non-communicative. So nothing we were promised ever came to fullfillment. My suggestion- don’t stay at that campground!!! EVER!!!!!

It’s a shame they will be closing the tv park down the end of 2025/early 2026 I love this campground!!’

Great RV spots. Conisno is moving and not sure what's going to happen with RV spots.
