I came into town with my family for the unthinkable—an abrupt and devastating loss of a loved one. All we asked for was a working TV to unwind after handling funeral arrangements. We stayed for three nights, and every single night, we had issues. On the first day, we had to switch rooms because the TV wasn’t working. Despite this, the problem persisted. On our last night, by 9 PM, after yet another night of frustration, we went to the front desk to ask for a solution. Instead of help, the general manager came out from his office, told us to “calm down,” and accused us of plugging in gaming consoles or other devices—which we hadn’t done. Rather than resolving the issue, he escalated the situation further with his lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, he even had an attitude with the front desk staff right in front of us. Thankfully, a lovely staff member stepped in and quickly fixed the TV, but the entire ordeal was unnecessary and frustrating. Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this hotel again.

If you are searching for a hotel to stay in this area, look no further! Clean, fresh, quiet, plenty of room to spread out and just relax!! Handicapped friendly- I just had to ask for a shower chair - huge relief to be able to sit and enjoy a shower. Room was very clean, plenty of towels. Breakfast was nice too. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

It was my first time staying in a Home2 Suites by Hilton. The rooms were really nicely equipped for a long and convenient stay-- there are even dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator table & chairs, sofa, pretty much anything you'd need for an extended stay. Water pressure was good in the shower. The mattress wasn't my favorite, but I feel like a mattress is a fairly personal thing. I didn't eat their free breakfast while I was there, so I can't comment on that, but I will say that every time I encountered any staff member, they went out of their way to help. I will definitely book a stay with them in the future. The room featured in my photos was a King 1-bedroom Suite

I could usually find a lot of Dirt. Dust dirt in the open or hidden behind the couches and beds. In this place, there's absolutely no dust or dirt anywhere. It is an extremely clean hotel. Everyone except the breakfast lady is extremely nice and courteous, including the other customers. The breakfast is awful. The mcmuffin look alike is crunchy and dry. It is definitely from frozen stock made somewhere else, including all the other egg tacos. The breakfast in a bowl always has a lot of water in it, making it soggy. Nothing is good. However, if you want a good clean hotel, this is the one.

I chose this place due to the location being less than 10 minutes away from Northside Hospital. The hotel was beautiful and the room was extremely clean. There were good options for breakfast such as waffles, various croissants, cereal, yogurt with lots of toppings, bagels, toast, etc. Will definitely stay here again if in this area and would highly recommend.
