Excellent Customer Service! My best friend of nearly 30 years stayed with Home2 Suites by Hilton, Stuart FL, when sent by Boeing, and was very happy with literally everything. The accommodations the amenities, the staff, etc. After returning back to Washington State, Amazon then sent a few packages to Home2 Suites Stuart by mistake. Each time this has happened, I've gone and ordered a shipping label and set a pick-up date for the packages to be rerouted, and each time the staff at Home2 Suites Stuart Florida have been absolutely wonderful in making sure the new shipping label was placed on the package and ready for pickup by USPS on the scheduled day and time. Home2 Suites Stuart by Hilton in Florida clearly take customer service very seriously, and have repeatedly shown that how they took care of my best friend is not the exception, but the rule. During our Key West and Miami trip, we stayed at the Home2 Suites in Homestead for three nights, and it was nothing short of amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. First off, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional staff. A big shout-out to them for going above and beyond by arranging a conference room for a presentation I had to deliver during my stay. Their professionalism and helpfulness made the entire process seamless and stress-free! The hotel is also conveniently located near some great breweries and fantastic food joints, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring or working. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great amenities, and proximity to local attractions made this stay memorable.
