We stay in hotels all over. This hotel is EXCELLENT in every, single way. Service is fantastic, everything is so clean you could probably eat and sleep on the floor---seriously, staff is constantly cleaning. Breakfast twas wonderful and lots of variety, hotel grounds are kept very well and clean. Our 2 bedroom room was huge, clean, great appliances and daily service. It is a wonderful hotel in all ways and we will for sure stay here again. Great job everyone! How a hotel should be run!
We have been staying at this facility since March on Business related travel. At all times Kylie and Melanie treated us so very good and welcoming. We were always treated like family. The accommodations were amazing clean and very well kept. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming And we always enjoyed our stays here. The timeframe from which we stayed starting in March through September ending in October. The appearance of the facility was always clean, well kept & organized. In addition, Julian always provided friendly approachable, customer service and recommendations of places to visit in the area. The entire team at this location was extremely friendly and family oriented. The manager Amy was also very accommodating, and made sure that everything was in working order. lastly, we always want to give a special thanks and recognition to Kylie and Melanie and Julian, for always being absolutely wonderful to us!
The couch was very uncomfortable and I hated the pillows. The fridge and microwave were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The outside has a gas grill and a place to smoke a cigar if you want too. This was an excellent part of the stay most people won’t even notice. The pool was clean as was the entire place. I would definitely recommend it.
We stayed here for the first time during hurricane Helena, rooms were better than expected, very clean, very comfortable. Nice mini kitchen. Small living area, the staff was amazing!! I would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone, so convenient to UTC Mall, restaurants, entertainment, all 5 minutes away.
Rooms clean and quiet. Be sure to choose room on the pool side, away from highway noise. Only complaint is TV service which is DirectTV. Impossible to watch anything as it times out, glitches, just the worst. Upgrade to a different service! Hoping the Hyatt Place next door has a different provider as I’ll be trying that next time.
