Every single employee is amazing! We always stay in Hilton hotels. All price points. Was the room clean? YES. But it’s the people who work here that make this place stand out! I have NEVER seen a team like this one. Other locations should come watch and learn. Can not praise every single department here enough. Our stay was more than 2 weeks so we have a good idea about the quality of people here at this very clean hotel.

Home2 Suites offers a refreshing stay with its exceptional focus on cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are well-maintained, with spotless surfaces, fresh linens, and thoughtfully designed layouts. The housekeeping staff pays great attention to detail, ensuring that every corner is tidy and inviting. The common areas, such as the lobby and breakfast lounge, are also kept in pristine condition, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredible hospitality, particularly from Pam. Pam was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed. She was always ready with a warm smile and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Her genuine care for the guests truly enhanced the experience and made our stay at Home2 Suites feel like a home away from home.

The entire stay was fantastic! All the staff was very personal and friendly with us and we love the location of our hotel and our room. Amanda the GM and maintenance manager came to the rescue when the washer needed a quick reset to get our laundry going. He had it working within 5 mins and stayed nearby to make sure it worked properly. They both asked later in our stay to ensure proper washing and cleaning, drying of clothes and we thought that was super nice of them. You have a great crew there and they are very welcoming. Elmer and is wife were also on top of keeping breakfast hot and the tables clean and came to make sure we didn’t need anything several times. We enjoyed staying in SRB and will be back soon. The hotel and rooms are very clean- I really liked the full size refrigerator and kitchenette.The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was modern and very nice. The location is great, right off of Highway 98. The breakfast was mediocre- I would describe it more cafeteria style and the food was cold. I also had someone with a dog in the room above me that kept barking, running back and forth making it not so peaceful at night. But all in all a great value for your money considering it's in an area that is usually pricey.

I would never book this place again. My room was full of ants, ants on the counters, on the bedside table. Made me itch, bathroom towels dirty, room had a weird smell. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. They warmed Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls and cold boiled eggs. Horrible. They need to do better.
