If I could give this place less than zero stars I DEFINITELY WOULD! I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone… Although this place is cheap don’t fall for it! The Waste Pro is directly next door… Management is ok but I believe it could be better All in all don’t waste your money by staying here Just take a look at all the vacancies… You get what you pay for…

Honestly the woman manager has been absolutely awesome. They have done everything I've asked. Repair men are friendly and helpful and neighbors are decent and it's quiet. Noone bothers anyone. The kids play pretty nicely together and I like it here. I would definitely recommend this place but not if you're going to be trouble cause they'll get you right out; which decent people appreciate.
Great community and wonderful trailer park only problem is landlord MS.D SHE IS A NASTY SPITEFUL Terrible person she trespass people with no cause , she tells you who can and cant come to your house , also she threatened anyone that they will get evicted just because you got evicted times are tough out here , people have medical issues and sometimes you loose a job but it dosent help when your homeless and you cant even go to a friend house or even your own family member house just because somebody wants to have a nasty heart. She dosent fix any of your request and says you need to buy your own fridge, toilet seat , anytime you ask for help she has a stank attitude and evil demeanor this place would be so much better without her
You get what you pay for. When I moved in in 2022, rent was $640 for a 1bed 1 bath trailer. About 6 months ago it was raised to $700. The trailers are old and may have a few problems (bad ac, creeky floors), but for the price, it was well worth it. Surprisingly safe neighborhood with a outgoing trailer community.
