Homewood Suites by Hilton Lancaster

It's nice that there was always coffee offered but there was only one at breakfast so it emptied quickly. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Some housekeeping staff didn't respond when we said good morning but some did. The free breakfast was nice but wasn't great. Overall a nice stay but not outstanding

We've been to 3 hotels in this area in the last 8 mo ths fornsoccee tournaments. This is by far the best. Very well-maintained. The free breakfast was great (good food and lots of variety. Loved tge cboa and fresh betties in December!!!), and a great added value, and makes it so easy when needing to report for early games. The lobby area is awesome. Love the fireplace, and the seating area is large and has a big tv. Nice pool. I loved that games are available to play - such a good idea. Our room (and the halls and common areas) was so well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. I will be staying here again for future tournaments. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this location because of its proximity to Pearson Vue testing. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, I thought the breakfast was good, and the vibe in general was pleasant. Finally, a hotel room that added soooooo many usb ports that you don't have to pack extra dongles!! There were usb ports on each night stand next to the bed as well as the desk. Really appreciate that! It was an overall great stay. I'll be back 🙂

Friendly staff and very clean. Nice location. This location ranks at the top of the list of all the Hilton properties we have stayed at. The only areas for improvement is on the ones that Hilton has handicap there efforts.... keeping them from raising the BAR on those areas. So to this HOTEL I say thanks for a nice stay and keep up the good work.

Checkout is at 12!!! Staff were terrific. Kayleigh got us checked in efficiently and was very courteous. Suite had everything we needed. Unfortunately, after someone checked in to the room next door and we could hear everything they were saying at normal talking volume, we were a bit creeped and uncomfortable chatting and spent more time in our bedroom that was further from the next door room. Overall , amenities were great, enjoyed the fitness room and pool but I would have to consider staying here again as it was a bit creepy feeling “listened to” by the people next door . It may be it was only a first floor issue but who knows.
