Great hotel, well equipped rooms with kitchens. Gym had everything needed to stay fit. Free breakfast with hot and cold breakfast favourites. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Walkable area with a few restaurant options within walking distance from the hotel. If in the area again we definitely will not have a problem staying again.
Outdoor and lobby are very nice and neat well kept . They have evening reception on Wednesdays it ok nothing fancy . Breakfast is poor compare to other Hilton & Hamptons. The room suites are spacious pretty clean but old and outdated . Good location . There's a also a mini golf outside which I didn't see any golf clubs maybe you bring your own or borrow at front desk . It's alright overall
Clean room, no bugs (yay!), ac worked well and the overhead fan. I was very comfortable. Beds are a little firm but I was so tired, I didn't care. My shower in room 233 took a while to warm up but again, no big deal. I was happy for the made to order waffles. I would stay here again if I found myself in Palm Desert for whatever reason. The digital tip card made it easy to thank the housekeeping staff. Thanks guys!
I want to preface this bad review with this: staff here were very friendly and warm. However, my room was not remotely clean. Dust is visibly caked onto fixtures, splatter marks on walls. I didn’t feel comfortable unpacking my clothes from my suitcase. After it had been cleaned on my third day, they accidentally (I assume) left soaking wet washcloths on the dresser. I stayed here for work so it wasn’t worth the risk/trouble of trying to check out and get a refund. If this were personal I would have left right away.
Pros Close to the 10 fwy Close to restaurant Mini kitchen Price Cons Not so clean They have 2 water bottles in the room for you but why don’t they put them in the fridge? It’s 100 degrees weather outside. Lots of family with kids staying so if you like it to be super quiet, this is not the place for you. Carpet needs to be replaced, in my opinion.
