  • "We absolutely love this RV park. It’s in a great area & the owners are so nice. This is the only park that you have so much room in this area. They don’t have a bathhouse but the roomy sites & the owners willing to work with you make up for that in 10 fold. I can’t say enough about how kind they are. We stayed 3 weeks & will definitely be back."
  • "Wow nice and quiet campground sites are away from each other. We'll definitely be back. Nicely located near everything. We stayed in site 41 love it."

What a great RV park. It is conveniently located on Wears Valley Road about 10 miles from Pigeon Forge and about 5 miles from Townsend. We stayed two times so far this year and enjoyed both stays here. The two tiny cabins we stayed in are a little older but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The lots are a really good size with plenty of space between the other sites. This park is so peaceful and quiet. The roads in the park are paved and are perfect for a nice walk or a ride on your bike. The staff is very friendly and polite.

What a place for space. We had lot 28, with a group of 3 other lots for a long weekend of 2 wheel road trips. What a great quiet place. All the room and more. Never have we stayed at a place that did not pack them in like sardines. Great job to the owner that set this place up! Sorry we never got to the pool or deli. May be next time.

We stayed is site 10 which we really liked has a cover patio deck that we enjoyed and is in a shady spot. We enjoy going to the pool after a long day site seeing . We did not like that the pool hours 10 to 6 didn't leave us much time to enjoy the pool in the evening , staying open to at least sunset would of been great plus the pool is open to the public which had more than just campers making it very crowded. Would of gave a 4 star if pool was changed to longer hours and not open to public.
