First time here. Mark the owner was a former co-worker and he is now doing an excellent job with the campground. I would recommend this place all day long. The area is fantastic. So much to do within a short drive.
A gorgeous campground with so much charm. The setting couldn’t be better. We had site 60 which I recommend for rigs less than 26’. Otherwise hard to make level. Very spacious site with wide open views of the surrounding Black Hills.
We decided last minute to stay in a campground and this did not disappoint. They do close their office at 7, so make sure you call before then to get your site reserved. The owner/manager was very friendly when we checked in. The bathhouse was clean and had nice flushing toilets and nice clean showers. There is a small pool open until 8 that is heated to 82°. We were very pleased with our stay.
Tent camping with all the amenities you usually go without. Hot shower, bathroom, electricity, wifi, and a convenience store. Showers and bathroom are probably the nicest I've ever seen at a campsite. The camp is admittedly pretty noisy, the spaces are all close together and people don't really quiet down until late into the night.
We absolutely loved our stay! The campgrounds are beautiful and extremely clean. Showers/ bathrooms included. Check in was great, the gentleman who helped us was very friendly and gave us the low down. This site is family friendly as well- we can’t wait to come back with our kids!! Highly recommend staying here!! They also have wifi which was a nice touch to be able to log on when we got back to check in with our kids. We are planning to come back next year!!
