Campers have praised the campground for its seclusion, scenic views, and well-maintained facilities. Many appreciate the cleanliness of the restrooms and the convenience of having fire pits available for cooking and storytelling. However, visitors are advised that the road leading to the campground can be rough in certain areas, making it essential to travel in a 4x4 vehicle for safety and ease of access.

The Horseshoe Springs is a secluded campground located 12 miles down Pine Canyon rd (11N03). This road can be rough in areas and shouldn't be attempted in a non-4x4 vehicle. Each spot has a picnic table and standard round metal fire pit. There is a restroom shack which appears to be in good condition. Beyond the two official spots, there is plenty of space for several vehicles. This site is located next to Horseshoe Spring/creek, however it wasn't flowing during my visit.
