Great stay for a last-minute booking. Great hospitality, breakfast, and ambiance. The icky hiccup we had was when we arrived at night the bellman was working both the valet and front desk so I waited outside for quite some time in the cold until I finally got out to advise them. They either need more staff for coverage or some sort of notification or system to know when cars pull up. A camera would also help. However, our bellman Costa S. was great with caring for our luggage and valet in check out day. Overall, it was a good stay.

I recently used pmc valet service, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Noah with professionalism and a friendly smile. The valet team was prompt, efficient, and handled my vehicle with great care. It was such a relief to know that my car was in good hands while I enjoyed my evening. The convenience and exceptional service provided by valet team made my experience truly outstanding.

I attended Hotel Duval for a conference over the weekend, and my experience using the hotel was unpleasant to say the least. I arrived at midnight and checked in at the front desk. I asked where the baggage carts were located because we have a lot of luggage between myself, wife, and toddler. The staff at the front desk recommended asking the valet for assistance. I walked back outside to speak with the overnight valet, and he said "well there's no carts here, so they're probably up on the floors because no one brought them back." When I asked for assistance, he essentially responded to go find one myself or not use one at all. Not a great start. After finding my own cart and bringing everything upstairs, I returned to my car and was shocked to find out overnight valet costs a whopping $36 PER NIGHT. I asked the valet for other options, and they do not offer anything else, with no self parking lot either. It was either pay to use their valet or find street parking. I elected for the latter and saved myself $72. Upon arriving in the room, we were met with many unfortunate realizations about their rooms, such as poor lighting, no microwave, small closet, no luggage racks, barely any counter space, etc. All of these concerns pale in comparison to the bathroom issues. I cannot describe in enough words how poorly designed this bathroom was. To try to keep it concise, counter space was limited, the shower was painted black so you don't know if there's any mold growing, the floor texture in the shower was painted stones instead of flat so it was incredibly uncomfortable to stand on, and the water didn't drain properly so it pooled in the center. After my wife requested another room the next day, we found that it also has the exact same issues as our current room, so we just stayed there for one more night. We couldn't wait to leave so we could get back home and take proper showers. If you have a choice to stay elsewhere while visiting Tallahassee, I recommend looking at other options.

Stayed here for business in Tallahassee. Great location, excellent and accommodating front desk staff, and superstar valet team of Sam and Don and Trace! Rooms are very modern with sleek sliding doors and waterfall shower heads (yessss!) but definitely more of a one person kinda stay! Would come back for sure with the added bonus of a free drink at level 8 and the gift card to Shulas!

The room design is not conducive to a comfortable, user-friendly travel experience. From no counter space in the bathroom, to the hotel not providing luggage racks, no bench in rooms for luggage, to the tiny undersized desk (no dresser), I'm not sure that the design thought was functionality for the traveler. Lighting was poor as well, giving a club vibe. Great for an evening of romance but not helpful when prepping for the day. And, there is a keurig-like machine - tea bags were provided in the room but the machine wouldn't heat plain water. Oh - rooms don't have microwaves so after about an hour of fighting with the machine, housekeeping said they could get us a microwave to heat our water. Our shower had a pungent odor emanating from the drain - unable to deodorize so made the trip unpleasant. The staff tried cleaning again but it was definitely a plumbing issue. Staff was excellent - housekeeping and valet especially responsive. We've stayed at several Autograph properties and this one should be reevaluated and improved.
