Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant, an IHG Hotel

We arrived with a large wedding party on a Thursday. Check in was super easy. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and as advertised. The entire wedding party wound up at the bar. Mikayla was phenomenal and took great care of us. As a result of Mikaylas great service, the next time we are in Charleston, we are definitely staying at Hotel Indigo.

We loved the Hotel Indigo! They were so friendly and accommodating. We had car trouble while we were there and the staff did everything they could to help our situation. We stayed two extra days due to the issue and the situation would have been so much worse without such an incredible staff! Tonya and Ricky at the front desk were fantastic. Also, the Hotel common areas are very clean and pretty. The rooms may have a little wear but they are CLEAN and the furniture was all very nice. The pool was beautiful and we ate at the restaurant multiple times and both breakfast and dinner were great! And reasonably priced. Great location and comfortable accommodations, you can not go wrong staying here. Thank you so much for taking good care of us while we were there. We appreciate it more than you know!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. It was refreshing to have daily housekeeping - I don't think I've stayed in a hotel with daily housekeeping since COVID. There was a really nice pool and courtyard area as well with Cabanas. The location was great for the price - right at the end of the bridge from Downtown Charleston into Mt. Pleasant. We will definitely stay again!

Not too happy with my stay, spent over $600 for 3 nights. Have called twice now for clean sheets that I’ve yet to been brought going on almost 3 hours now. Found a weed vapor under the bed. Just crappy for the price. You think you’d be treated a little better after spending so much. The only pleasant part was the guy who helped us working in the lobby. Location was great but I will never stay here again. Tomorrow we check out and will be staying somewhere else for our last night. Thanks for making my husband and I’s birthday a great experience….NOT.

Great location, whether you are for business or fun, it's easy access to all major Charlstone points. Super clean! Nice pool area to rest with a cocktail, a book, or a nap. Food is just fine and our server lovely. We enjoyed small chat with her. Overall, this will be again our destination.
