The woman who took my reservation was so helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars was lack of an in-room coffee maker AND the parking lot was a slippery ice rink. Please throw down some sand or salt. BUT I did like the coffee maker in the lobby.

Solid place to spend the night while driving between two locations. Liked being able to drive up to my room. Clean. Only issue i had was that my key stopped working around 10:30 am (before checkout) so i had to get it fixed at the front desk while unloading my stuff. Will likely stay here again when i need to make a night stop on the road

If you just need a room to sleep it's fine, I guess, but don't expect anything above a dorm room style experience. Rooms are comfy but not cozy. Room and bathroom need a thorough clean. I think they spent more on the large screen TV than the room It says it includes breakfast. It's not breakfast. Machine made coffee and a couple of cereal bars were all that were on offer. No real seating to have your coffee apart from some tatty sofas in the reception area.

Loved the look of the cottages and it was cozy. Cute pool and kids liked it. The room was clean, comfy and had adequate amenities. It was a one night stay so for that it was fine. The major downside was the bathroom door. It was off the hinges I think and it was stuck often. it was a major workout getting the doors open and closed

Stayed there after a snow fall. The area around our room and the stairs had ice and snow, so VERY slippery to get from our car (parked outside) to the room. The room itself was extremely hot and we had to turn the heat down , open the door for quite a while to cool down. We actually slept with the window open!!!! Breakfast was packaged yoghurt and muffins. At checkout there was no one at the desk. As I put the door card on the counter someone came from the kitchen (?) but didn't identify himself. I told him I was checking out and left my cards on the counter. Will not stay there again.
