Had the whole campground to ourselves. It was easy access off the freeway but wasn’t noisy. Partly because there are less cars driven on that freeway. We have an rv so we didn’t use their vault toilet. NO cell service. Enjoyed this free campsite! Thank you MODOC National Forest!
Beautiful clean campground and surprisingly quiet for being right near the highway. There is a short hiking trails that has amazing rock formations, it is worth checking out, especially if this is just a stopover camp.
This is a beautiful campground, it has a mile and a half trail that is worth taking. The fee is $15 dollars a night but with a Golden age pass it is 7.50. NO cell service but once you get back on the highway you have cell service. Very quite, clean and worth the stay.
Great Place to see the Fall Foliage.
This is very small campground. Even it was Friday, I was the only one. Sites are well maintained.
