Great camping spot. Get spots 101to117 if you want relative quiet as the tent spots tend to have large groups that can be a bit loud. Friendly staff and beautiful redwoods.

My husband and I went up in our RV for an overnight to this park. The park is well maintained. There are bathrooms and large showers available. We stayed at a site with electricity and water. A pump out station is available near the park exit. If you enjoy hiking this is a good place. Cell phone use may be problematic as well as internet.

The campsites we're clean and quiet, however the 8 person per campsite limit was a little bit of a pain. The park staff was very informative and helpful, however they were quite blunt. There are bathroom and shower buildings, but they not at the same location. If you have a >26ft. Camper or less, there's plenty of room to manuver and park. Guest parking is at the shower building. The redwood trees are gorgeous and provide a ton of shade. It's a little chilly at times.
