As I pulled into the parking of the Hyatt House, there was plenty of parking with parking for people with disabilities. The outside of the hotel was clean. As I entered, there were luggage carts at the front door for use. After approaching the front counter, yes, I was early. Brandon was at the front desk and reminded me that I was early for check-in. He offered me breakfast in the dining area. After checking in, I went to the room. I observed that the room was clean and had a fresh welcoming scent. There was always someone at the front counter. They were Brandon, Dominique, and Jay. They were all so helpful and were always smiling! Breakfast was awesome! I was able to choose from the buffet, or I could order an omelet from the kitchen. The food was tasty! The hotel is minutes away from all of the attractions and downtown. It's definitely the place to stay! Hyatt House, you earned your 5-star review! I will be back! Highly recommended!

I unfortunately had a nonrefundable trip but couldn’t get on a plane because of medical condition which I was discharged for. In moments like this you would think there would be some understanding, I even shared my medical records showing I was in the ER and they refused to give me a refund. If only I could have predicted the series of events to have booked a refundable trip. The attending person was not even sympathetic of the situation.

My stay was excellent the staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. Dominique the front desk agent even gave me great advice on seafood restaurants. I highly recommend booking this gem!

We will most definitely be back. Clean and spacious rooms. Front desk staff was amazing (everyone was so nice and helpful but especially Dominique). Breakfast options were top notch. Beds, water pressure and temp in the shower were all great. I have already referred this hotel to a few people I know traveling to the area soon.

We visit a lot of Hyatts and this hotel had the its breakfast in the top 3 so far. Omelettes in made to request was also awesome. Our room was a suite and everything was very clean. Rooms with kitchen can be used to cook, just maybe not a lot of frying that will cause smoke because that stays in the room but thats expected I guess
