This hotel has beautiful views with bay waterfront on two sides. The gym looks over the water, and the pool is a nice size with plenty of space and chairs. The only downside is the proximity to Naples airport means low flying planes are pretty frequent/noisy during the day. I didn’t notice any noises at night though and the location to Naples downtown and great views more than made up for occasional noise. Staff were super friendly and rooms were very clean. Parking is a nightly fee ($27 in Mar 2025 when I stayed) but garage is easy to get in/out of with the room key and is attached to the property. I’d definitely come back for work or with the family.
The hotel has a lot going for it. The amenities are excellent, with a well-maintained pool, a great fitness center, and a delicious breakfast spread. The location is also unbeatable—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach , making it very convenient for exploring the area. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our stay. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the AC in our room was not functioning properly a few days before checkout, which left the room uncomfortably warm. Overall, while the amenities and location are fantastic, the comfort of the room could use some improvement. If these issues are addressed, this would be a perfect place to stay.
Our stay was November 11, 12, 13. We have stayed at many hotels in our lifetime, but very few hit all of the boxes like this House. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast did what it was supposed to do, get our bellies full to start the day. Very nice view from our balcony of marina/river. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Now the star of the show. Victoria the bartender made the stay fun! She has a great personality, is efficient, and truly loves her job and engages with the patrons in a very friendly way. We will return at some point. Great stay!
This is an outstanding location located right on 5th avenue. Easy walking distance to downtown Naples. The pool area is exceptional. Much nicer than one would expect from a Hyatt House. In fact I liked it better than the pool area at the Ritz Carlton golf resort.
Great location, just a 3 minute drive from the heart of 5th avenue. Staff was very friendly and the pool is really nice to begin your evening. Despite being in the airport's landing path, from the room, I could not hear a thing. The bathroom rug was somewhat dirty, but we just put it aside and it was no big deal.
